How to Cook Okra

Ingredients:

Okra 1.5lb
Tomato paste - 1 large can - 15 oz
Onion - 4 heads
Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp
Garlic cloves - 10
Paprika powder - 2 tbsp
Salt - 2 tablespoons
Cut Parsley - 4 tbsp
Water - 6 cups
Flour - 2 tbsp


Instructions:

-Clean okra
-Wash okra
-Dice onion
-Simmer onion in vegetable oil
-Add tomato paste
-Add paprika
-Add parsley
-Add water
-After boil, add okra
-Cook for 40 minutes - until okra is soft
-Add salt if needed
-Mix flour and ½ cup water and add to dish
-Bon Appetit!
