How to make my Tasty CHICKEN STEW Recipe I All Natural Ingredients I Nanaaba's kitchen✔

This is a special chicken stew preparation with all natural and fresh ingredients and the flavours achieved, very satisfying! I did not use tomato paste in this preparation as my goal was to allow the natural fresh ingredients shine! Please enjoy this special chicken stew with rice, yams, potatoes, quinoa, etc. I served it with rice and coleslaw.

* 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
* 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
* 2 pounds of tomatoes (use either Roma, grape/cherry, vine or regular tomatoes)
* 4 large red onions sliced
* 3 poblano peppers seeded and sliced (substitute with green bell peppers)
* 4 large red Bell peppers ( seeded and sliced)
* 8 cloves of garlic
* 1 cup chopped parsley
* 1/6 cup chopped ginger
* 2 habanero or scotch bonnet chilis
* 1/6 cup fresh parsley for tomato and onion mixture
* 1/2 cup olive oil for caramelized ingredients
* 1 tablespoon salt
* 1 tablespoon crushed black pepper
* 1/2 cup coconut oil
* 1/2 teaspoon cumin
* 1 teaspoon fennel seeds

Ingredients for chicken:

* 2 pounds chicken (dark meat is preferable)
* 3 shallot onions
* 1 habanero
* 300 ml water
* 1/2 teaspoon of the following ingredients: aniseed, crushed black pepper, granulated garlic, granulated onion, turmeric.
* 1 tablespoon ginger powder
* 3 sprigs of fresh thyme
* 1 tablespoon salt
