Digi Plan Series: Video number 4 is all about making weekly layouts in One Note without a vectoring software or any other software. All you need is the One Note app and you are good to go.

I make three different layouts:

♥W01P+Daily Grid (i.e AnniePlansPrintables)
♥Black Out Paper Planning (#bopp)
