Beautiful DIY HEADBOARD from an old wood door! Its EASY

This headboard looks complicated, It's not! This is an easy DIY project that can be completed using basic shop tools and basic wood working skills. Impress your friends and family with this rich looking unique headboard built from a recycled wood door!

There is also a little WELDING....which is optional!

Materials list:
1 Salvaged wood door
6 1x4x8 #2 pine boards (legs and horizontal pieces)
1 1x8x8 #2 pine board (top shelf)
8 feet of 3/4 x 3 1/2" crown molding
You will also need some Glue, 1 1/2" nails, 120 and 220 grit sandpaper, primer, paint and a way to apply the finish.
