EASY COUNTRY FRIED APPLES
4 apples, (any kind, but Granny Smith is best!) - Peeled and chopped
3 heaping tablespoons of brown sugar
2 tablespoons butter
sprinkle of cinnamon
small sprinkle of nutmeg
1/4 cup water

Peel and chop apples. Melt butter in small pan. Then, add apples, brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Stir to coat. Sautee' for 2 minutes. Add water. Let simmer/reduce for 10 minutes, stirring often. Serve along side pork! Enjoy!
