Supercharging an Insulation Blowing Machine

We are working with this Force 1 insulation blowing machine. This is part 3 of the video series. We are replacing the small blower in the machine with a much larger, and more powerful blower.

When trying to dense-pack cellulose insulation into an enclosed cavity it is critical the machine can put out a minimum of 2.8 psi. This is the pressure of the air in pounds per square inch. The small blower could only put out 2.3 psi (shown in part 2). After replacing the blower we are getting 4.0 psi. That's great! The machine can now dense-pack!
