Kadhai chicken is a popular Indian chicken recipe. This is very easy and simple. Chicken is cooked in spices, onion and tomato. Capsicum adds awesome flavour to this recipe. Do try this recipe at home and leave a comment for me. You also can like, share and subscribe.

Ingredients:
• 1 tbsp Coriander seeds
• 1 tsp Cumin seeds
• 3 Cinnamon sticks
• 4 Cloves
• 4 Peppercorns
• 4 Dried red chilies
• 2 Bay leaves
• 3 tbsp Oil
• 1 big finely chopped Onion
• 1 Medium size finely chopped Tomato
• 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
• 400 gm Chicken
• 3~4 tsp Water
• 1 chopped Capsicum / Green pepper
• Salt to taste
• Finely chopped Coriander leaves.

Method:
• Heat up a pan. Add coriander seeds and roast them a little.
• Add cumin seeds, cinnamon sticks, cloves, peppercorns, dried red
chilies and bay leaves.
• Roast for about 3-4 minutes on medium heat.
• Take these out into a blender jar.
• Blend the spices into fine powder.
• Masla for kadhai chicken is already.
• Heat up oil in a kadhai.
• Add onion and fry until it turns light golden.
• Add ginger garlic paste, tomato and mix well.
• Fry for about 3-4 minutes.
• Add kadhai chicken masala and mix well.
• Fry for another 2-3 minutes.
• Take chicken and wash it really good.
• Add chicken and coat it really good with masala.
• Add water and mix well.
• Cover and cook on medium heat for about 15 minutes.
• If you feel chicken is sticking to the bottom of the pan, then
remove the lid at the intervals and mix well.
• Take capsicum and cut it into big chunks.
• When chicken is almost cooked, add capsicum, salt and mix well.
• You also can add onion if you like
• Cover and cook for just about 5 minutes more on medium heat.
• Do not overcook capsicum. It should retain its crunch.
• Add finely chopped coriander leaves and kadhai chicken is
already.
• You can add 1 tsp cream if you like.
• You can serve kadhai chicken with naan, plain paratha.
• It goes well with chapatti or bhakari too.
