Simple Jerk chicken recipe.

Jerk chicken wings
4 tablespoons of all spice
1 teaspoon cloves
1 tablespoon garlic
1 tablespoon onion powder
1 tablespoon 5 spice
1 tablespoon sugar
1-2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1-2 tablespoons vinegar or lime juice
2 tablespoons Maggie or soya sauce
1 teaspoon browning
3-4 tablespoons scotch bonnet hot pepper sauce. (You can add more or less depending on your preference)
1 tablespoon dried thyme
Salt and pepper to taste.

Clean and wash chicken
Note: Save some of the marinade for later to baste chicken or make extra for later depending on the amount of chicken used. This is for 15/20 chicken wings.

Season chicken with dried thyme salt and pepper to taste.

Mix remaining ingredients together and coat chicken evenly. Cover and refrigerate overnight (min 1 hour)

Removed and place on baking tray in pre heated oven 350 bake 18-25 min

Removed 1/2 during cooking baste with extra marinade flip and continue cooking till cooked through
