How to Paint Metal Patio Chairs (Step by Step!!)

Do you need to paint metal patio chairs and get them looking like new? This video shows how to refurbish metal patio chairs in less than one day. It took us about 2 hours to get our chairs looking awesome.

You'll need to scrape the metal with a wire brush and then use a random orbital sander. The sander helps smooth out the old paint. I used 60 grit then 120 grit.

After the sanding, wash down the chair with water and a sponge. Let the chair dry and move onto the painting. I used Rust Oleum oil rubbed bronze spray paint with primer.
