Purslane, vegetable or weed, keep it or remove it?

In my video from two days’ ago, I was pulling purslane from our garden. Some gardeners do not understand why I pulled it out. Because purslane is very healthy, it is such a waste to throw it away.
Purslane can be seen everywhere. I do know it very well. It contains more omega-3 fatty acids than any other leafy vegetable. Omega-3 fatty acid may help to Lower blood pressure, Reduce triglycerides, Slow the development of plaque in the arteries, Reduce the chance of abnormal heart rhythm, Reduce the likelihood of heart attack and stroke etc.
However, purslane is not very tasty. It has very strong flavor, slimy texture and sour taste. A lot of people cannot enjoy it.
