Dumbbell Clean Pull
Improve your explosive strength with the DB Clean pull. Aside from the typical barbell Clean pull, the dumbbell allows for different grip position, there's no need for contact at the thigh area, and it's easier and safer to do.
This is good for athletes that have technique issues with using a barbell for Olympic lift variations. Similar to the barbell Clean pull, this movement also allows for heavier load because there's no need for catching the bar. Which sometimes shifts an athlete's focus on technique and have to use lighter than optimal load.
Even though it allows for heavier loads, it keeps an athlete honest because holding two dumbbell requires synchronized unilateral work. This means more activation and coordination is needed.
