American Flag Glitter Tumbler Start to finish before epoxy

American Flag Glitter Tumbler Start to finish before epoxy.
Step 1: Start with a white tumbler
Step 2: tape off Blue star section and all the angled stripes. (I do not use a template for this. I eye it and every cup ends up just a smidge different).
Step 3: Spray paint blue section and let dry
Step 4: Spray adhesive on blue section and apply Blue glitter
Step 5: Seal with Krylon Triple Thick spray (I use 2-3 good coats until glitter doesn't move). It is important to let this dry completely before moving to the next step.
Step 6: Pull tape for all red stripes.
Step 7: Re-tape over the blue area to protect it from the next step.
Step 8: Spray red stripes with red spray paint and let dry completely.
Step 9: Spray adhesive and apply Red glitter.
Step 10: Seal with Krylon Triple Thick spray (I use 2-3 good coats until glitter doesn't move). It is important to let this dry completely before moving to the next step.
Step 11: Pull tape for white stripes.
Step 12. Re-tape over red stripes, leaving the tape over the blue section as well.
Step 13. Spray adhesive and apply white glitter.
Step 14: Seal with Krylon Triple Thick spray (I use 2-3 good coats until glitter doesn't move). It is important to let this dry completely before moving to the next step.
Step 15: Remove all painters tape and seal with 1 extra coat of Krylon triple thick for good measure.
Step 16: Epoxy
Step 17: Apply vinyl stars and any names/logos desired. (I got my flag stars from google by searching American Flag stars. I did not place them individually but rather in the pattern of a true flag all at one time).
Step 18: Final coat of epoxy.
